At Connections Wellness Group, we offer nutritional counseling that focuses on helping people to make healthy choices about the foods they eat. Nutritional counseling can be helpful for people who want to improve their diet or manage a chronic health condition such as diabetes. Nutrition and wellness counselors on our staff will work with you to help you understand the connection between diet and health, develop healthy eating habits, and make positive changes in your diet. Our nutritional wellness program is just one of many mental health services we provide Texas residents.
If you or a loved one could benefit from learning more about the relationship between mental health and diet, call 940.360.4245. Our friendly, compassionate staff is available to answer your questions or get you started with our easy admissions process.

How Our Program Works
When you call us at Connections Wellness Group, we will set up an initial consultation with one of our certified nutrition and wellness counselors. During this consultation, we will get to know you and your goals for nutritional wellness. We will also ask about your eating habits, medical history, and any medications you are currently taking. This information will help us develop a customized plan for your care.
Once we have developed your plan, we will meet with you regularly – usually once per week – to help you implement healthy changes in your diet. We will also provide support and guidance as you learn to make better choices about the foods you eat. Our goal is to help you develop a healthy relationship with food that will last a lifetime.
