Outpatient Program

guy with cat on lap in outpatient programThere are many different types of mental health treatment programs available to those who need support. In more severe cases, an inpatient program’s supervision and immersive environment are necessary. However, many individuals don’t want or need that level of care.

Outpatient treatment for mental health works specifically to provide support and accountability while still allowing patients the freedom to carry on with their normal daily life. Outpatient care is ideal for those who don’t need 24/7 residential care and those with family, work, or school responsibilities that make inpatient care unrealistic.

If you or a loved one are struggling with mental health concerns, Connections Wellness Group can help. What to Expect from Our Outpatient Center in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas

Depending on your assessment results, our treatment team may recommend PHP or IOP. A full mental health treatment plan at our outpatient center in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas could follow the order of PHP, IOP, and then outpatient counseling. However, not every patient will need to move through all levels of care.

The Connections Wellness Group PHP offers full-day programming. It’s closer in structure to an inpatient program, but patients return home at the end of each day. An IOP is less time-intensive. Our IOP program consists of three-hour sessions held daily, Monday through Friday.
