Mental Health Programs in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas at Connections Wellness Group

Whatever your particular behavioral health issue, we have a variety of programs to help. Our programs are staffed by compassionate professionals who use the latest evidence-based therapies and holistic treatments to create an individualized treatment plan to bring about healing and recovery. Some of the programs we offer include:

Partial Hospitalization Program

The partial hospitalization program is an alternative to inpatient hospitalization for many individuals. This level of care, commonly called “PHP,” involves a comprehensive and highly structured array of services throughout the treatment day. PHP participants receive 4 hours of therapy per day, Monday through Friday.

Each evening, the participants in this program return home to practice the skills learned and return the next day. Connections Wellness Group offers PHP treatment programs for both youth and adults. Call 940.360.4245 to learn more.

Intensive Outpatient Program

The intensive outpatient program (IOP) is what many participants “graduate” to after finishing PHP. IOP participants receive 3 hours of therapy per day, Monday through Friday. At the end of their IOP treatment, clients and social services staff collaborate to assist the participant in stepping down to individual counseling and/or medication management services. Typically, IOP is a 2-3 week program. We serve both youth and adults in our IOP.

Dual Diagnosis Program

The Connections Wellness Group’s Dual Diagnosis Chemical Dependency Program (DDCD) is a therapeutic intervention designed to address the substance use disorder issues resulting from another diagnosed or undiagnosed mental health disorder. Our program is intended for adults aged 18 and older.

Connection Wellness Group uses a holistic approach that includes and respects the individual struggles of the patient. We help them build a lasting and effective recovery process through evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, relapse process prevention, and many others.

Eating Disorder Program

The MindFULL program includes both a partial hospitalization program and an intensive outpatient program level of care for patients struggling with eating disorder behaviors. Treatment services offered throughout the day include meal support, therapy, psychiatry, and nursing.

Each evening, the participants in this program return home to practice the skills learned and return the next day. Family is vital to the success of eating disorder recovery; the hard work continues in the home.
