Biography:
As a counselor, I provide a calm, encouraging, and non-judgmental space for you to engage in the thoughtful work of addressing life’s difficulties and unforeseen changes. My health care background, as a Registered Nurse, has given me a holistic person-centered approach and a personal understanding of the stress caregivers, and those with health challenges, face daily. Caring for ourselves allows us to live our fullest and most rewarding life. I believe counseling can be a healing way to feel more at peace and grow even when our circumstances don’t always change. I’ve been there and I care. I have training and experience with a variety of modalities including Brainspotting, AEDP, CBT, Existential Therapy, Grief work, Motivational Interviewing, and Person Centered Therapy.
Fun Facts:

- I love to travel and experience new adventures.
- I have a embarrassing number of pictures of my cats and dogs.
