Biography

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas who is passionate about helping others live a life of purpose and meaning. We all face uncertain or difficult seasons in our lives and we are not designed to walk through them alone. I believe that every person deserves the opportunity to seek help from an experienced, trusted professional in order to optimize their strengths and natural gifts, empowering them to return to levels of healthy thinking and functioning. I utilize a variety of evidence-based psychotherapy techniques as well as incorporating a biblical, faith-based perspective when desired by my clients. I strive to honor and respect my clients regardless of their personal belief system. I provide a non-judgmental, laid-back and compassionate atmosphere in which you can safely explore and work through feelings, thoughts, beliefs, conscious or unconscious, that may be keeping you stuck. I am grateful to have the opportunity to come alongside you and help you navigate through life’s difficult seasons and transitions in a way that promotes authentic happiness, health, and healing.
