Biography
I love working with diverse individuals who are struggling from a variety of issues. For example-Anxiety, depression, marriage issues, strained relationships, grief, trauma, postpartum depression, aging and life transitions. I have 8 years of extensive experience in providing therapy at diverse levels, from individuals, couples, and family; ages 5 and up. I view therapy as a way for the therapist and a client/clients to address and explore their past or present and how that is affecting them today. Then help them explore triggers, emotions, and situations that are causing negative emotions. Then educate them on developing coping skills and mechanisms to help manage their symptoms. The goal is to increase self-awareness and facilitate change in the client’s life. Help them find purpose in life when hopeless. Though hard work the client can learn coping skills to manage their symptoms and help them live a happier, positive and more fulfilling life.
