Biography

I chose this degree because I knew I would be working in the health care field helping others. Mental Health was one of the most interesting topics of discussions that I have encountered during my studies. Putting yourself first and always taking the necessary times to take care of yourself are my top priorities. I want to ensure I’m providing the best services to all patients and make sure they are taken care of.

• I started giving myself self care days, to simply unwind and give myself the mental space I need. I absolutely love doing this.
