Biography
I believe that all persons are deserving of peace and belonging. Unfortunately, we can find ourselves in situations where we feel distressed and alone. Walking with others as they navigate these scenarios is something I feel honored to be a part of. My love for helping was born from the appreciation I have for those who have helped me in the past and I seek opportunities every day to pass that gift on. The gift of knowing that someone has your back and will be there when you need a safe place to exist. I am passionate about mental health because the goal is to build a loving, supportive community that welcomes, understands, and values your uniqueness as a person. My experience is primarily working with people who have experienced trauma, substance use issues, and veterans/first responders.
- I own 50+ puzzles and the collection is always growing!
- My family and I have the goal of visiting every National Park in the US.
- In addition to my two dogs (Maggie and Arya), I also have a pet bearded dragon named Bruce.
