My name is pronounced raff-fi-nay and no worries if you need to practice saying it a few times…once you have it, you have it! I’m a Chicago native, raised in Texas.
I recognize that adolescents struggle with being heard and understood. I am passionate about helping teens navigate life stressors and increase self-compassion. I work intentionally to create a safe and comfortable space for adolescents and adults to freely discuss their concerns.
My years of experience assisting clients in managing depression, anxiety, and stress paired with our collaborative work toward your identified goals can increase awareness, build confidence, and establish healthy coping strategies. I believe in this work because I have been able to sit on both sides of the couch and I welcome the opportunity to assist you on your journey toward overall mental wellness.
- My name is French, a perfume, and means refined.
- I am a professional speaker, therapist, and foodie.
