Biography

I chose the Behavioral Health field as part of service within my own personal recovery. I have an extensive family history of mental health issues and the life-stressors it entails. My desire is to demonstrate the positive results that can come from focused efforts of change while overcoming the hinderances of mental health challenges.

• I am a 1st Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
• I love riding bicycles.
• In 1983 I graduated French Commando School after walking 100 miles in the Black Forest Region of France.
