Biography

Life can be overwhelming sometimes, to the point that you feel like nothing will change, and although I understand how hard it is to admit you need help – you deserve to be happy. I believe in addressing the “whole” person – mind, body, and spirit. Everyone has the ability to heal, sometimes they just need help tapping into their innate strengths and wisdom. My goal is to help you discover what is lacking in your life, what is good, what needs changing, and empower you to do what is best for you. I work with individuals who are dealing with life and career changes, chronic pain, difficulties with grief, anxiety, or depression. I am also very in tune with LGBT individuals and those with gender identity issues who may feel alone, misunderstood or lacking a healthy support system. My experience is that people need to feel like they have value, something to offer and something to look forward to. Sometimes emotions, circumstances, and our own beliefs keep us from having what we want. If you are here, you have made an important step towards health and happiness. I look forward to helping you navigate these issues and empower you to create your best life.

  • I love sci-fi and anything to do with the paranormal. I’m very open-minded but a healthy skeptic.
  • I enjoy the outdoors and finding new places to explore either by hiking or biking.
  • If I wasn’t a counselor, I would be rehabilitating injured wildlife or running a sanctuary of some sort.
