Biography

McKenzie Harris is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. She considers herself an “anti-diet” dietitian, so if you’re fed up with diets, she’s your girl! McKenzie has experience with clients ranging from adolescent to adult, including families and loved ones, wanting to improve their relationship with food and their bodies. McKenzie works for Connections Wellness Group as a Business Development Specialist and is the owner of her private practice, Nurtured Nutrition Therapy. McKenzie’s mission as a person and professional is to provide warm and compassionate connection to both her clients and peers.
