Biography

I have worked in multiple treatment settings including inpatient behavioral health units, Partial and Intensive Outpatient programs and individual counseling settings. I use a combination of therapies including person centered, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. I am passionate about helping others on their journey of recovery and regaining balance in life. I believe in taking a holistic approach and integrating individual strengths to start the process of healing.
