Biography

In therapy, I enjoy walking alongside my clients as they experience growth and healing in their lives. We are not what happened to us, we are not a diagnosis, but we are humans who are capable of so many great things and to live a life that we love. I went into this field not to tell people how to fix their lives (which I won’t) but how to create their own change with guidance and exploration. We are in this together and you are not alone. I am a LPC and have worked in an inpatient behavioral health hospital for several years. With this experience, I have learned to adapt to my clients’ needs and to meet them where they are at as well as having been exposed to people from all different walks of life. I also have experience with working with survivors of domestic violence and people who have lost someone and are struggling with the grieving process. I meet my clients in a safe and non- judgmental space and mold therapy to meet my clients’ needs. “You are not broken; you are breaking through”-Alex Miles
