Biography

I enjoy working with individuals who suffer from symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, post-partum depression, and life transitions. I have extensive experience providing therapy at all levels, from individuals to couples, ages 10 and up.

I view therapy as a journey of self-discovery in which the therapist and client work together to explore the client’s inner world. The goal is to increase self-awareness and facilitate change in the client’s life. Almost all individuals seek therapy because they want to be happier in their lives; therapy helps to explore what is getting in the way of this happiness. Through hard work and collaboration, the therapist and client work together to remove these obstacles so he or she can go on to lead a happy and fulfilling life.
