Biography

I became passionate about mental health care when I saw the struggles I had overcome reflected in so many others, some as young as 12 years old. I have inpatient nursing experience with veterans, detox, and adolescent behavioral health populations, but my primary background is in women’s trauma-based care. Furthermore, in my first year as a psychiatric nurse, I received over fifty handwritten thank-you notes from previous patients and numerous mentions onsatisfaction surveys. I can tell you firsthand, things do get better! With help from your friendly CWG team, one day you can see it too.

• I did three years of study as an Animation major before becoming a nurse.
• My second language is Mandarin Chinese.
• I love cats (I have two, currently) and have volunteered at animal shelters before.
