Biography

I love teenagers, but being one is hard. They experience so many pressures, stresses, and demands in all areas of their life all while undergoing massive brain growth, development, and changing family and social dynamics.

I feel connected to adolescents and am passionate about working with them and their families to create a space where they can heal and grow. When workingwith teens, I really listen and honor them as the expert in their own life. My intention is to better understand their internal world and provide guidance, support, empathy, and validation as we navigate their current challenges together.
