Biography

The therapeutic process teaches our minds and hearts (our thoughts and feelings) how to work together to serve our goals. Navigating our mental health allows us the opportunity to thrive despite our adversities. I am passionate about the honor of facilitating this journey and supporting those who take the adventure!
