Biography
I have been working in mental health for 6 years, primarily working with children and adolescents. Working with different age groups and different settings from behavioral health center, to immigration facility, and currently at a school setting, have allowed me to gain knowledge and expertise in different presentations, allowing to provide my clients with the most adequate treatment to suit their needs. I believe in the holistic approach to reach an individual’s overall wellness, ensuring that all their needs are met and taken care of. Mental health has been my passion since I began in the field 6 years ago as a psychosocial skills trainer/case manager, and three years practicing as a Counselor Associate, and now as an LPC. I enjoy helping others achieve their therapeutic goals and guide them through their process. A client-focused approach allows each client to know and understand the importance of their mental health and achieve overall wellness.
