Biography

I believe that mental health is just as important as our physical health. I am passionate about finding that balance in life and am here to help you meet your goals. I am eager to work with the team to help advocate for you and your needs. I have experience working with domestic violence and sexual assault survivors, substance use and mental health in general. I will meet you where you are in your process and encourage you through your journey to authenticity.
