Bio:
I have worked in a helping profession since I graduated high school, which feels like forever ago. I have witnessed and been a part of my clients’ struggles, and watched them go without the support that they desperately needed. I witnessed systems fail, clients struggle in silence, and families be torn apart. From this, I decided I wanted/needed to be a part of a solution. I noticed that if these families, or individuals had someone, many of their struggles could be dramatically decreased. I am honored to be a part of someone’s healing, growth, or personal changes.
My goal as your therapist is to SEE you, HEAR you, and EMPOWER you. You are the driving force behind change, growth, and fulfillment. I simply help guide you when you feel stuck.
I have extensive history working with clients who struggle with depression, identity, anxiety, suicidal ideations, abuse/trauma, general dissatisfaction, conflicts in relationships, and personal growth.
While I work with a variety of struggles, I have a new-found passion for working with mothers. Mothers who are expecting, recently became a parent, or are a seasoned parent feeling overwhelmed. After becoming a mother myself, I realized there are not enough services, or attention on our mental health. The emotional toll of motherhood is real. It is exhausting and it is certainly not talked about. Let’s start talking about it!
