Biography

I chose psychology because i realized human experience is basically individuals who either cope for what they lacked as a child or seeking for it somehow somewhere. I believe if you can help others find what they lacked in a healthy and effective manner we can truly heal and help individuals flourish into their best self.

• I am a Holistic Bikini Body Builder! My goal is to become Pro by the time I turn 25.
