How We Can Help
Through our perinatal intensive outpatient program (IOP) or partial hospitalization program (PHP), we focus on treating each person as a whole—their mind, body and spirit. Our structured curriculum, led by a therapist with perinatal mental health expertise, creates a safe space for sharing experiences and fostering community. With optional individual and family sessions, we empower participants with essential tools and support to manage their mental health during the perinatal journey.
Our Curriculum
We use a variety of modalities, including acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy while focusing on these key aspects of well-being:
- Brain and central nervous system health
- Diagnosis and medication education
- Movement education
- Nutrition education
- Sleep health education
