Biography:

My passion as a counselor stems from the belief that we are unique, resilient human beings with the ability to conquer change and heal if we explore within. My goal as a therapist is to help facilitate this personal growth and guide individuals towards finding meaning as well as purpose in their lives. I have been lucky enough to work in a variety of treatment settings including residential, partial hospitalization, outpatient, as well as intensive outpatient. I have an eclectic approach utilizing DBT and Solution-focused therapies with an existential theoretical orientation.
