Biography

• I enjoyed playing soccer growing up.
• I was involved with acting in theater.
• I have worked as a kid’s ski-instructor while living in Colorado during the winter.
• I love adventuring around the world to experience different cultures, but could never stay away too long from her family and pets.

I am experienced in providing individual, couples, family therapy, crisis services, medication training/support, and collaborative care in both medical and school settings. I incorporate play therapy, expressive arts, and mindfulness techniques in aiming to create a safe and fun therapeutic environment, while involving the parents along the journey to best facilitate behavioral changes. I foster a very bright and caring personality and aim to develop a genuine bond on the path towards individual wellness.
