Biography
When I was a teenager I experienced a trauma that led me to seek therapy. My therapist not only helped me, but inspired me to support others. I believe everyone has the ability to change and the answers to do so within themselves. Using Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and/or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I see myself as a guide to help people find the solutions and answers to elicit change. I have experience in inpatient, outpatient, nonprofit, residential treatment and private practice settings.
