Patient Stories

Real People. Real Progress.

I finished this program healthy and happy. It's intense, but SO IS DEPRESSION. Immensely grateful to the team — I will cherish the experience for a lifetime.
Patient story
I just completed the program. We all learned tools to cope and manage our mental health while feeling supported by peers, counselors, and medical professionals on staff.
Patient story
I came in with severe post-partum depression and OCD. I didn't know how much longer I could hold on. I have never felt so loved, safe, supported, or respected. Inside these four walls there is refuge.

Good Things to Know

We're in-network with most major Texas plans including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Humana. We'll verify your benefits before your first visit at no cost.
A 45–60 minute conversation with a licensed clinician. We'll listen, ask questions, and recommend the right next step — that might be weekly therapy, an intensive program, or simply more information. No pressure, no surprises.
Both work well. Virtual is convenient and effective for most adults. In-person is often a better fit for adolescents and for people who want a dedicated, distraction-free space. You can switch later.
Existing patients can call (877) 747-4294 or message your provider through the patient portal. For urgent same-day needs during business hours, call and ask for your care team.
Self-pay rates vary by service. We'll give you a clear price before booking, and we offer sliding-scale options for families who need them.
