The integrated structure provides both personalized goal-coaching and the benefits of self-directed learning and peer support for meaningful self-improvement.

Cost: $900 total for the 10-week program

Debra Atkisson, MD, DLFAPA, PCC | Senior Vice President of Clinical Services for Connections Wellness Group—a Blended Health Company.

What to Expect

FIRST
The workshop begins with a one-on-one virtual meeting between you and Dr. Atkisson focused on identifying and setting clear, achievable self-improvement goals tailored to your specific needs and aspirations across any life domain (career, relationships, personal milestones, parenting, etc.).
FIRST
THEN
Throughout the 10 weeks, you will engage in self-paced online self-improvement coaching educational modules, providing you with frameworks, tools, and insights to support your chosen goals. These lessons will be paired with readings from Dr. Atkisson’s latest book, Master Your Storm: Insights from a Psychiatrist and Coach.
THEN
NEXT
A midpoint one-on-one virtual check-in with Dr. Atkisson allows for a review of progress, addressing any challenges encountered, and making necessary adjustments to the initial goals.
NEXT
MEANWHILE
The program includes three online group meetings led by Dr. Atkisson in which all program participants will drop-in to discuss their progress, share insights, and learn from each other's experiences, fostering a sense of community and shared growth.
MEANWHILE
FINALLY
The last one-on-one meeting with Dr. Atkisson focuses on strategies and resources needed to successfully complete the established goals and sustain momentum beyond the program's duration.
FINALLY

I like to think of coaching as 'thought partnership.' I'm here for guidance as we explore your goals with gentle structure and tools to help set you on the path, adapt as needed, and eventually attain them.
