Biography

Dr. Patel is a board-certified psychiatrist who lives in Austin with her husband. She was born and raised in Texas and spent her undergraduate days at UT Austin before completing her medical training at Baylor Scott and White in Temple, Texas. Though she sees patients of all ages, she specializes in the child/adolescent population. Dr. Patel is intrigued by the relationship between mental health, technology, and entertainment. She hopes to use modern advancements, such as board games and video games, to support and assist her patients alongside traditional psychiatric treatment.
