I enjoy helping others understand themselves and manage change. My main goal is to provide quality counseling services that empowers others and leads to a sense of strength and well-adjustment. Problems related, but not limited too include: life changes (divorce, career, midlife, and/or not-so-midlife, geriatric), grief/loss, substance abuse/additions (alcohol/drugs, relationship, food, work, and/or sex), relapse prevention, sexual orientation, gender identity, intimacy/sexual relationship issues, uncontrollable emotions, difficulty coping, increased/ongoing stress.
