Biography

Mental health and the need to talk things through exists across the board, no matter the age or culture we come from. I have experienced and observed that when we feel heard, validated, and valued by the person we trust, the impact on us is far more significant and beneficial. I strive to be the person that is trusted in someone’s time of struggle, need, and all the great times as well! I believe meeting people with unconditional positive regard is crucial in building a healthy, supportive, and safe environment for people to heal and better themselves. It’s a privilege to witness growth, learning, and positivity in this field!
