Biography

After I left the military, I started seeing a therapist for all the reasons. This was my first time using mental health services, and I was immediately entranced. These were the most real conversations I’d had with almost anyone aside from a few close friends. After that experience, I wanted to do it myself and got into the field. Having been on both sides of the services, I want to see where I can make mental health services more accessible and simple to navigate while having meaningful conversations with people. Sometimes I just get tired of talking about the weather!

• I have a pretty cool dog and if I could hike with him for the rest of my life, I would.
• One of my favorite things to do is drive around aimlessly.
• I think Spotify might lose money with me because of how much I play music. It’s just constantly on.
