Biography

I believe that mental health is something that the general public looks at as completely different than how I believe that it should be. While physical illnesses are rarely viewed as something that is “not real” or “just looking for attention,” that view point is all too common in the mental health field. A quote from one of my college professors really drives home how important it is for me. He said “some people are just making a cry for help. They are and we are the help.”
