Biography

I have a passion for working with young adults, older adults, and couples reach their full potential, no matter the difficult circumstances they may face in their lives. I focus on providing every client with a nonjudgmental and safe therapeutic environment where they can exercise their right to always be their authentic selves.
My specialty areas include depression/anxiety, stress, family problems, addiction, relationship/parenting, and more. I will tailor my approaches for therapy to the needs of the individual/couple since ever person is unique. We all need someone to talk to without fear of ridicule or judgement, so let’s get started!
