Biography

I have always been a strong listener, so being a counselor was a natural path. My desire and compassion for helping people heal pointed me in the direction of working specifically with trauma and grief. I find that I am able to hold the space for people who are struggling with reconnecting and finding their footing again after such impactful changes in their lives.
