Biography

Through my volunteer and professional experience, I have seen firsthand how struggles with mental health issues can impact lives. Help is available, but oftentimes people do not know where to find it. I am dedicated to helping people connect with whatever they need, so that they can focus on their mental health and grow into living their best possible lives.

• I love spending time with my family, especially when we get outside.
• I am really into plants, and enjoy sharing my love of plants by giving away plants that I propagate.
• I have multiple bird feeders on my property and find so much joy in birdwatching.
