Biography

My heart is for creating more happy, healthy kids and families. I am passionate about ensuring that people are receiving quality, trauma-informed care, that they feel capable of asking and finding help, and equipping those outside of the mental health realm be prepared to advocate on mental health needs. There is no greater joy to me than knowing that we are providing care that creates positive, lasting change in an individual’s life.

• I am the 2nd biological child of an adoptive family of 6 total kids!
