Biography

Mental health is the foundation of what makes us who we are. Taking care of that is such a delicate process that I’m glad to take part in it whatever way I can. Internally, I feel I am more able to do this through knowing the systems and being able to move behind the scenes to do my part in helping people reach their goals and grow into the best self they can be.

• I study language and world architecture in my spare time.
