Bio:

Cyndee has been providing therapy in multiple treatment settings for 30 years. She loves working with individuals who have experienced Trauma, Complex Trauma or are working through life transitions. Cyndee has a warm and welcoming nature and enjoys assisting individuals in learning to live their happiest life possible.

Ms. Elwood uses an eclectic approach to therapy and encourages her clients to draw from their strengths in beginning treatment. She uses Person/Client Centered treatment, Family Systems Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in treatment. She is also a woman of faith and uses Christian Principals when requested.
