Biography
It is a privilege for me to be a therapist, rooted in the belief that each person has the capacity for immense strength and needs to build a nonjudgmental, compassionate support system both within and outside of themselves. Hearing and honoring other people’s stories alongside them, and offering tools and support to the best of my ability, is what I have chosen to do in life.
- Writing, reading books, spending time in nature, and drinking tea/coffee (sometimes all at once!) always have been my favorite way to spend an afternoon. I’m the type of person to have several books open at the same time, and am quickly running out of shelf space!
- I was born and raised in southeastern Michigan, outside of Detroit.
- My best friend is my 4 year-old golden doodle, who I love dearly.
