Biography

Hello! I was born and raised in Dallas and have lived here my entire life. I considered going to college for music and veterinary medicine, but found my passion in nursing. Nursing allows me to help others feel their best and be healthy. I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health as both integrate together. It is my mission to help end the stigma regarding mental health and addiction disorders. I am honored to be a part of Connections Wellness Group where patients are the priority and I can help clients live their best life possible!

• A fun fact about me is that I am a self-taught Medieval history buff! If you ever find yourself curious about anything regarding the Middle Ages, I am your go-to person!
• I also am a bookworm (all genres), avid gamer, and play violin and guitar.
• Additionally, I like to lift weights, do adult gymnastics and be outside in nature.
• When time permits, I take the opportunity to travel. I have been to the United Kingdom and many places in the United States. Feel free to ask me anything!
